About Roxanne Eflin, MA, GPC, CITM

Roxanne is a passionate grants professional, consultant, and writer – ready to offer her experience. She is a GPC (Grant Professional Certified) and a Grant Professionals Association Approved Trainer. She has researched, written, secured and managed hundreds of grants over her 38-year career with nonprofit organizations and municipalities. Roxanne serves on the board of the Grant Professionals Association Colorado Chapter as Programs Committee Chair and has been a grants reviewer for many years. Equally, Roxanne’s work in historic preservation spans decades and includes numerous leadership positions with numerous national, state, regional, and local organizations and boards.
